3. Professional Use

myHEP.io is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other qualified practitioners. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with their professional licensing requirements and applicable healthcare regulations.

4. Patient Data and Privacy

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before creating programs and sharing basic contact information. myHEP.io only collects patient name, email, and phone number for HEP delivery purposes. The platform is not HIPAA compliant and should not be used to store protected health information (PHI) or sensitive medical data. Patient access to HEPs via share codes does not require patient registration or login, minimizing data collection.

5. Content and Exercise Library

The exercise content, descriptions, and media provided by myHEP.io are for informational purposes only. Healthcare providers are responsible for ensuring exercise prescriptions are appropriate for their patients. You may upload custom content, and you retain ownership of your original content while granting myHEP.io license to use it within the platform for service delivery.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. myHEP.io may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide advance notice when possible for planned maintenance. Patient portal links remain accessible during most maintenance periods.

7. Account Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform, but we will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data including exercise libraries and patient programs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
